Standard Shipping is typically the default Checkout setting. Your package is expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. There is no weekend delivery for Standard Shipping. johnlouishome.com sends all packages standard unless selected by purchaser at time of purchase.
Deliveries may be left at the door depending on carrier.
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order at JohnLouisDirect.com with a new shipping address. If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please contact us.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons, including some not listed below:
• Incorrect or out-of-date address• Incorrect or out-of-date address
• P.O. Box format (Please enter P.O Box shipping address as “P.O. Box” followed by the number.)
• Due to weight and dimensional limits, some items can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Other address problems
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused by recipient

If your order's destination ZIP code matches the first three digits of a ZIP code listed below, this increased transit time may apply. If you have not received an appointed day for your specialty carrier delivery and more than 1 business day has elapsed beyond your estimated delivery date, please contact the carrier via the information provided in your shipment confirmation email.
